The Ljubljana International Film Festival, headed by Jelka Stergel, has existed from 16 years and has the purpose to introduce the local public to films and tendencies in international (mainly independent) filmmaking. A special focus is dedicated to films from the Balkan cinematographies. The Croatian film What Iva Recorded on October 21, 2003 by Tomislav Radic won our prize.
