At the Istanbul International film Festival, our jury presented two prizes: to the French film “L’Esquive” by Abdellatif Kechiche, and to the Turkish film “What’s a Human Anyway?” (Insan nedir ki?) by Reha Erdem. This prize for the best Turkish film is named after the film historian, film critic and scriptwriter Onat Kutlar, and is donated with a sum of 30.000 USD, to be invested in Reha Erdem’s next project.
