Mar del Plata: In Favor of Argentinean Cinema

At the 30th Mar del Plata International Film Festival (Argentina, October 30 – November 7, 2015), the FIPRESCI jurors saw new Argentinean films in different competitive sections. Prize: “Incident Light” (La luz incidente) by Ariel Rotter (Argentina, Uruguay, France, 2015, 95 min), shown in the International Competition. Jury members were: Isaac León-Frias, Peru (Revista “Somos”, “Ventana Indiscreta”), Diego Faraone, Uruguay (“Semanario Brecha”), Juan Pablo Cinelli, Argentina (“Tiempo Argentino”, “Página/12”).
