Gia Giovanni

Gia Giovani was born in Athens in 1955. She studied drama in the Greek National Theatre Drama-school. In 1981 she moved to Stockholm, Sweden, where she completed studies in Italian literature and later in Film History, Theory and Aesthetics at Stockholm University. In 2008 she moved to Athens, where she works for the daily newspaper Rizospastis as a film-critic.
