Raghavendra Mirle

Raghavendra Mirle is a film critic and researcher. He has been writing on world cinema for newspapers and periodicals like “The Hindu”, “Deccan Herald” and “Deep Focus”, of which he is a founder-editor. He has also completed a book on Indian popular cinema “Seduced by the Familiar: Narration and Meaning in Indian Popular Cinema” which is being published by Oxford University Press in 2008.
