Ramón Rey
Film Critic, Spain
Born in 1981 in Errenteria. He is currently a film journalist and critic at Cine maldito, where he publishes reviews, interviews and the coverage of various national and European festivals. He is also one of the members of the team of Los jueves, milagro, a podcast focused on the present and the history of Spanish cinema. In 2018 he was part of the CAMIRA critics jury at Filmadrid and the Latexos jury at Novos Cinemas. He participated in the multi-authored book La Italia de Matteo Garrone (2016) published by the Gijón International Film Festival. He contributed to the web La culpa es del script, Bitácoras award for best film and TV blog in 2014. For ten years he was one of the creators of the podcast Esta peli ya la he visto, awarded Best Podcast at the 2011 European Podcast Awards.
