Shiva Fouladi

Shiva Fouladi is a film critic and journalist for “Le Mag Cinéma” since 2019. She holds a Master’s degree in Film Aesthetics from the University of Toulouse Jean Jaurès. Since 2009, she has also worked as a translator and film journalist for the magazine “Film Today”, published in her native Tehran. It was here that she worked for several literary and film magazines, published two books – “Jean Luc Godard interviews” and “La Fanfarlo of Charles Baudelaire” as translator, before leaving Iran. Since 2022, she has been a member of the French Union of Film and Television Critics, and in 2023, she was Jury member for the SFCC’s best French-language singular film award. Since 2024 she organises and animates a ciné-club in Rennes(France) where she lives. She also participated as editorial manager and writer in the collective book “Xavier Dolan, La Folie des passions”  publishing date september 2025.
