24th Festival of European Cinema, Lecce

At the Festival del cinema europeo FIPRESCI handed its prize to the main actress from the film, who accepted on behalf of the director, in Lecce, in the province of Apulia, Italy. The festival’s main competition, the Concorso Ulivo d’Oro, is dedicated to European cinema and features 10 entries from various EU countries.

The jury recognized the film ‘for being at the same time a challenging love story, a puzzling psychological drama and a gripping thriller, making demands on us with its fractured narrative and audacious editing but amply rewarding our efforts.’
