At the Berlinale, we awarded as each year three prizes. The award for a film in competition went to Head On (Gegen die Wand) by Fatih Akin, the young German filmmaker of Turkish origin. In the panorama, Far Side of the Moon (La face cachée de la lune) by Robert Lepage received our prize. As for the Forum section, our jury prized The Time We Killed by Jennifer Reeves.
