Diego Faraone

Diego Faraone is an Uruguayan film critic, journalist and editor of the weekly paper “Brecha” since 2007. In February 2011, he was chosen by the Berlinale (Berlin Film Festival) to attend the Talent Press workshop. At present, he often collaborates with Cinemateca Uruguaya. He also collaborates with the following publications and platforms: “Lento”, “Dossier” and “Guía 50”. Since January 2014 he runs the section “Papelera de reciclaje”, in the “Brecha” weekly paper. His blog, “DenmeN Celuloide”, compiles most of his film criticism pieces.
