Elsa Tébar

Film critic, lecturer and researcher. In 2020–2021, she studied for a Master’s Degree in Film Criticism at the Madrid Film and Audiovisual School (ECAM), where she currently teaches. She is part of the editorial team of the magazine Caimán Cuadernos de Cine, where she is editor and content coordinator for the print edition and the website. She has contributed analytical texts on cinema made by women to the collective publications La mitad del mundo. Mujeres en el cine español (2020–2023) and La reinvención del cine español, both published by the Malaga Film Festival, as well as to other collective works. Since January 2023, she has been a member of the Editorial Board of Caimán CdC.
