Anjelica ArtyukSt. Petersburg-based Artyukh has been published in several Russian and International professional film magazines, like Iskusstvo Kino, Film Comment, Seans, Kinovedcheskie Zapiski as well as web-sites www.arterritory.com. Artyukh has worked as professor at St.Petersburg University of Film and Television and Smolny Faculty of Liberal Arts and Sciences at the Saint-Petersburg State University. In 2002 she received the Award in memory Michail Levitin, given by the Russian Guild of Film Critics, and in 2014 got a honorary diploma as a best film critic of the year by the same professional Guild. She is the member of FIPRESCI and participated in many international festivals juries, including Berlinale, Rotterdam IFF, Moscow IFF, Oslo IFF, Vienna IFF, Oberhausen, etc. In 2015 and 2016 she was the curator of film-program by women directors “The Time of Women” at the Moscow International Film Festival. She also received Fulbright grant in 2015. Anzhelika Artyukh is the author of book “The History and Conception of New Hollywood” (2015).
