Voting for Grand Prix – Best Documentary Film of 2025
Dear colleagues,
We are pleased to invite you to submit nominations for the FIPRESCI Grand Prix – Best Documentary Film of 2025. Each member may nominate up to three feature-length documentary films of any origin or nature.
Eligible films must have premiered between January 1 and December 31, 2025, either within the framework of a festival or through an independent theatrical release. Please note that films premiered on streaming platforms or on television are not eligible for this poll. For your reference, you may consult the attached list. However, nominations are not restricted to this list.
After receiving your nominations, our team will calculate the results and circulate a shortlist of five films for the second round of voting. The winner will be announced during the opening ceremony of the Millennium Docs Against Gravity Film Festival in Warsaw, Poland, on May 8, 2026.
To submit your nominations, please use the link below, complete the required personal information, and enter up to three documentary film titles. Kindly ensure that only the English titles of the films are used (without quotation marks or directors’ names), and that all titles are spelled correctly.
