Bianca Jasmina Rauch

Bianca Jasmina Rauch is a film scholar, critic and programmer. She completed her PhD at the University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna with the thesis “Resistant gazes: Female search for identity in coming-of- age films”. Among other things, she writes for the feminist online film magazine Filmlöwin, is a member of the editorial team of kolik.film and Jugend ohne Film and co-hosts the feminist film podcast “Ned Wuascht”. She is part of the screening committee for the Diagonale – Festival of Austrian Film. Most recent curatorial work for Filmarchiv Austria and Female Tracks.
