Motivation: “This film tells a coming-of-age story that employs a compelling approach to camera movement and editing that allows the filmmaker to use it metaphorically to reference the history and the sense of identity of a country. Through the tender friendship among the young protagonists, this work presents an original depiction of female adolescence in a repressive environment that resonates universally”.
