Anne Küper

 Anne Küper (she/her) is a cultural scholar, critic, and artist. Since 2018, her texts have been published in CARGO Film/Medien/Kultur, critic.de, der Freitag, Fidena, Filmbulletin, Filmdienst, Film International, Frauen und Film, Jacobin, kolik.film, Revolver, Sissy, Tagesspiegel, and Totale, among others. She was managing director on the board of the German Film Critics Association from 2023 to 2026. Since 2026, she has been an editor of FRAMING. Regular teaching assignments, lecturing and moderating activities, member of various juries, including jury member for the prestigious Grimme Award in the category Information & Culture (2024, 2025) and member of the selection committee for the German entry at the 98th Academy Awards (OSCAR) in the category International Feature Film (2026). Both her artistic practice and her critical writing have been recognized with numerous awards, most recently with the AICA Prize for Young Art Criticism 2025.
