At the Mumbai International Film Festival for Documentary, Short and Animation Films, our jury awarded the International Critics’ Prize to AFSPA, 1958 by Haobam Paban Kumar, an Indian documentary about the violations perpetrated by the Armed Forces Special Powers Act in Manipur in 2004.
