Young Critics’ Prize
Together with the festival, we offered a workshop for young colleagues, the FIPRESCI Warsaw Critics’ Project. The participants presented the Young Critics’ Prize to Ghosts (Turkey, France, Quatar, 2020, 90 min), directed by Azra Deniz Okyay, “for bravely portraying the role of potentially combustible topics such as freedom of speech and self-expression, misogynism, and lack of hope for a better tomorrow in contemporary Turkey”.
