Ceyda Asar

Ceyda Asar was born in 1975 and lives in Istanbul. She was editor-in-chief of the cinema magazine Empire for two years. She has an MA degree in Film and Television. Her thesis “Between Memory & The Story” explores narration and memory. She writes film reviews and features for newspapers, magazines and websites as a freelance writer. She also writes short stories. She has published a book of short stories.
