Gabriel Quispe Medina is a film critic in a set of film magazine and newspapers. He was the editor of BUTACA, film magazine of the Cultural Center of San Marcos. He was president of Peruvian Film Press Association (APRECI), and is representative of this institution in the Working Group Project Development Act of Cinematography and Audiovisual, organized by the Ministry of Culture. He is one of the editors of Cinencuentro.com.
