Kirsten Liese

Kirsten Liese, born in Berlin in 1964, studied music education and German philology. Since 1996 she lives and works as an independent journalist, author end editor specializing in cinema, opera, chamber music and concerts. She is a regular contributor to broadcast media (DLF, WDR, SWR, BR, MDR radio stations), to print media (newspapers Berliner Morgenpost, Nürnberger Nachrichten, Rhein Neckar Zeitung, Darmstädter Echo) and to online-magazines (BR-online, Kinofenster). In 2007 she published her first book on the famous opera-singer Elisabeth Schwarzkopf.
