Maria Sole Colombo

Maria Sole Colombo is a film critic, archivist, and programmer. Italian-born and Luxembourg-based, she currently works in the film preservation department at CNA, Luxembourg’s National Audiovisual Archive. Since 2017, she has been a regular contributor and editor for the weekly magazine Film Tv. Her critical writing has also appeared in a range of Italian, Swiss-Italian, and Luxembourgish print and online publications, including L’Osservatore Ticinese, Blow Up, Spietati, and Lëtzebuerger Land. Since 2023, she has been a member of Trento Film Festival’s selection committee. Since 2025, she is part of the Locarno Film Festival communication team as editor of the daily magazine Pardo.
