Olga Ruin

Swedish film critic based in Stockholm. She writes reviews and articles for the daily newspaper Svenska Dagbladet and since 2023 she works as editor-in-chief of FLM, a quarterly print magazine on cinema as art form and cultural phenomenon. Olga’s background lies in documentary film making, with a bachelor’s degree in Social anthropology and a MFA in film, but her interest in cinema as a cultural phenomenon has led her to increasingly turn to writing, making it into a main occupation in life.
