The Cairo Festival has always been one of the major film events in the Arab world as well as the oldest in the Middle East. Running since 1976, Cairo is the only FIAPF accredited A festival in the region. It offers an exciting mixture of films from the Arab world, as well as a highly regarded international program with films from all over the world. The festival offers trips to the pyramids, the Grand Egyptian Museum and other notable sights to its guests and our jury. Our jury will have three members and present an award to a film in the International Competition.
