At the Transilvania International Film Festival in the Romanian city of Cluj-Napoca (May 27 – June 5, 2016), the Critics Prize went to “Neon Bull” (Taurul de Neon) by Gabriel Mascaro (Brazil, Uruguay, Netherlands, 2015, 101 min, section: #Animal). Jury members were Kira Taszman, Germany (“Neues Deutschland”), Gyözö Mátyás, Hungary (“Kritika”, “Filmvilág”), and Irina Trocan, Romania (“Film magazine”).
