Ioanna Papageorgiou

Ioanna Papageorgiou studied High and Applied Arts at Vakalo School of Arts, from where she graduated as a Graphic Designer, and Psychology, Philosophy and Sociology at City University where she was awarded with a Master (MA) in Arts Criticism. She has collaborated with Athinorama and Elle magazines, among others, and she has contributed to the special editions of TFF for Pedro Almodovar, Wong Kar-Wai and Patrice Chereau. She is a contributing editor to Cinema magazine since 1994, while for the past five years she writes film criticism editorials and articles for Imerisia newspaper and its inset, the weekly magazine Paper.
