Andrzej Werner

Since 1962 Andrzej Werner has been writing film and literary reviews and essays in many cultural  magazines in Poland. In 1968 got a doctor’s degree for the book “The Ordinary Apocalipsis” (ed. 1971, 1981). Published numerous publications, (several books included)  in the field of film and literary criticism, history of literature and cinema. He gives lectures and seminars at the Polish Univerities and Artistic Schools (Warsaw University, Film School in Lodz, Academy of Theatre, Warsaw, Humboldt and Freie Universities in Berlin, Hebrew University in Jerusalem). For the last 25 years has been the President of Polish national section of FIPRESCI.
