Raquel Abad Coll

Raquel Abad holds a degree in communication and journalism. She has contributed to various media outlets working in film criticism and promotion (El Cinèfilo, Cinefilm, Diari de Vilanova, among others). She was vice president of the Vilanova Film Archive (Filmoteca) between 2001 and 2006. Since 2007 she has been a contributor and writer for the film magazine Versión Original. She has recently co-authored the book Capitales de cine, and will soon publish Palestina en el cine, both published by VO. She is a member of the Journalists’ Association of Catalonia (Colegio de Periodistas de Cataluña) and of the ACCEC.
