Beat Glur is a film, music and literature critic from Bern, Switzerland. He was the editor in chief of the cultural news department of the Swiss News Agency for 16 years. He has worked as a programmer for film festivals such as Rotterdam, Berlin and Locarno and has been a member of the Cultural Commission of Suissimage and of the Federal Film Commission, the advising board of the Swiss Government.
