The world’s oldest film festival and one of the major ones in Europe, headed by Artistic Director Alberto Barbera, is set on the Lido, across from the city of Venice. The Mostra offers an ample selection of world premieres, as well as international conferences, presentations, an industry section and several social opportunities. As always, our five people jury will present two awards: to a film in the international competition, and to a first film in the parallel sections (“Horizons” and “Critics’ Week”).
